Transportation
Due to changes in the Transportation Program, we must adjust our distribution of bus passes:
You may continue to receive your Bus passes, due to limited supply, we have made the decision to reduce the amount to TWO (2) Bus Passes per individual.
We are hoping to be able to continue to support your needs and make an increase again.
We have made this change in order to be able to accommodate all existing and new clients.
If you feel you need added support with transportation services, please call Maribel Trejo at 831.646.5048 or Jacklynn O’Connor to 831.655.4247
Our program educates seniors and increases their knowledge about local transportation options and encourages their use. We work with local direct transportation providers and the entire transportation network to ensure the most current, accurate information is available.
A senior can make a one-on-one appointment and be assured of meeting with an aging professional who focuses on his/her unique transportation needs. We will assist seniors in understanding, accessing available services, and planning transportation routes.
