- Expand your knowledge of Medicare and related insurances
- Problem solving and computer skills desired
Combination of in-person and Zoom training will be provided - Flexible volunteer hours, at least 6 hours a month required

Certified Ombudsman Volunteer Position Description

When: First Tuesday of every month, between the hours of 9:00am – 1:30pm
Where: St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Church, 72 San Joaquin St., Salinas, CA
Responsibilities may include:
- Setting up tables and chairs
- Arranging bake goods, vegetables/fruits, appetizers, coffee/drinks on tables
- Serving food to participants
- Greeting participants, collecting money, recording attendance, and preparing deposit
- Cleaning up after the luncheon
